But the Times revealed there were four other men charged with assault, for instance: That same day, Zachary Isaac, 21, allegedly entered a woman’s tent and called her “Satan.” After the woman asked Isaac to leave, he allegedly punched her in the face with a closed fist. Prosecutors charged him with one count of battery resulting in injury. It’s time for the Mayor of LA and the LAPD to follow the lead of New York and Oakland.
