TI gets the patents, debt, and employees... that's it! Westell gets the systems and customers. The loss of BC and Seamans stumbling on the Telechoice question, "timing of MOT and TI solution" is hurting. Most of the value in AMTX were the patents, which TI was willing to pay $400 million for. Mass deployment isn't going to happen with the present AMTX DMT solution..... until later.
