After watching the video several times, I am reminded of Sarah Palin's reaction when she was asked about her opinion on "the Bush doctrine". She just didn't know if there was a Bush doctrine in the first place and she just did not know what it was. And so is Cain on this Libyan situation. He just kept dancing around just like what Palin did. I bet he was thinking "Oh my God where is Henry Kissinger." I mean Suma, if this guy has to go to Kissinger to get his lessons on foreign policy, then he surely is not fit to be President. And n ow he does not want to take responsibility and is coming up with all sorts of excuses. Another George W. Bush situation when he was asked a similar question in 2000.
