This is about a country with laws and making sure all citizenry abide by the laws and none are above the law. We are a country of laws. Countries who give some privileged group a pass on the law are known as Dictatorships or Oligarchies or in the case of the USA, Kleptocracies. Both you and Obama don't believe in applying the laws on the books. Many of the bankers executives are flat out criminals and are in collusion with our government. Obama is derelict in his SWORN DUTY to uphold the laws of this country. It is the PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY of the EXECUTIVE branch to EXECUTE the laws on the books and to uphold the CONSTITUTION of the US. He swore an oath to that effect. Obama made a conscious decision not to prosecute the Bush Administration for the multiple criminal acts that occurred during Bush's time in office. He then doubled down and decided not to prosecute anyone of note who created the banking crisis that continues to this day. It's not just unfathomable, I believe it is impeachable when we have a President that refuses to Execute the laws on the books. We will never solve this crisis, if we don't punish the ones who created the problems. What's next? Are you going to sanction murder, as long as it was done on a large enough scale by VIPs in government? Wake up, man. We are a Democracy and a country of laws, not a country of gangsters. More evidence of Obama's dereliction of duty: Bank Fraud Prosecution Continues to Drop under Obama By Barry Ritholtz - November 16th, 2011, 11:45AM In such a target rich environment,. how on earth is it possible that Bank Fraud prosecutions are dropping? It is an outrage!> > I bitched about this when George W. Bush was President , and I will continue until we get someone in the White House who understands what the RULE OF LAW actually means . . .
