IDT management has been lying to us for a long time, imo, concerning the status of C6! I'm very angry about this, frankly. They stated in press releases back around Feb that they were working on deals with Taiwanese vendors and 'will announce a contract in June'. Now the statement by Henry concerning a Comdex announcement, but zippo! These have been very explicit statements concerning timing of announcements, with zero follow-up. I can understand that this is a very hard business to break into. But these statements were not wishy-washy maybe type comments. frankly i'm beginning to feel rather strongly that I have been misled. IDT is a very speculative investment. Even without C6 it may be OK by 2Q98. But I believe I'm entitled to honesty. If they tell me explicitly they have contracts in the works, they'd better be there. I'm beginning to think this could even be grounds for a law suit. At the least I intend to follow up and find the releases and call IDT's IR and throw their words back at them! Is anybody else out there getting really pissed off at the company concerning their releases of misinformation?
