The original shorter who brought the stock down to below .20 will have to be covered before the month end, or else bring huge sums of money to the table and keep his open position. The current shorter does not have to cover anytime soon but is highly motivated to cover at a lower price than he sold the shares for. In other words, as the stock goes up past their average sell price, they would want to be covered so that they have made a profit. David Smith
