Yes, we bought time. We bought it dear. Was the $4.4 Trillion worth it? I might have even said yes, had all the criminals been put in jail, derivatives been regulated, the debt haircuts had been taken, and the TBTF's busted up. However, none of that happened. So we pissed it all away. Now the next blow up will be 10 times as bad because nothing has been resolved. BTW, on a truly hilarious note. Check out this video.
