Hint...Think about it for tax carry forward purposes! RMCW has 10 million in cash being mergered into a company with a tax loss carry forward.. RG

It is more likely that since the original merger agreement was executed between RMCW and OVIS (Rocky Mountain Crystal water and Olympus Ventures) it would have been very strange to conlude a merger with the name of the merged entity - Rocky Mountain International, Ltd. It would sort of be like that song I am my own Grampa. Let's look on the bright side for now. Holding at 1.69 and rallying today on increased volume certainly helps the TA outlook. Good luck to all.
