As the US loses capacity to dictate which countries would be winners and which would be losers, the world's individual economies take their normal course. Every country would develop according to their own capacity (resources, demographics, political maturity).

That is why we see countries that were developing well below their capacity (post WW II) are in a fast catching up race and countries that were punching above their weights shrinking fast.

This is uber rebalancing, my friend.
