Bingo even works best for someone young, energetic and entrepreneurial with a vision for the next 20 years even if they have little or no cash.. But who is telling them that today? I say deleverage your car and credit card balances and leverage as much cash flowing property as you can handle make sure you get fixed rate loans.. Doom and gloomers get so pissed off at me when I say bring it on, more foreclosures and distressed property at this point is great for me...could care less if Case Shiller says we go up or down 2-3-4% in the next year or two..lol but I am terrified of not holding enough property when the turn happens cause the next one will be the real deal and last for the rest of our life sort of like what happened coming out of the post WW11 era..
