Yep, I remember it like it was, well when it happened. Hector playing the Generous Buddy, gave away one of the few windfalls in AMD's history. Quite a large sum around half a bil IIRC.

How typical. You're still thinking in terms of attacking the evil empire.

Too bad you and AMD management couldn't think in terms of sustained profits for AMD.
