Went over this before talk to Magnus about it . Will have to wait to PDAC for the final picture . Getting old and forgetful ! Thought it would be a good idea to go over every thing one more time to see if anything was missed . Magnus went on vacation while we were discussing the MMI data and never finalized it in my mind . Grown a beard since it all started over a foot long now .

I was clearly wrong on my guess as to size and grade of MMI in the silica sands to the west of Rojo Hill and the Hemitite . From the SEDAR Technical Report Section 10 Exploration the Au MMI Response Map should be the one to go by . It shows the 1000 to 5000 RR area to have a block of about 100 by 400 m . The 50 and up in the main zone is about 400 by 1200 m . There are zones running South of Rojo Hill to the North East that are smaller pockets of high RR . We can expect very high grades in the core lowering as we move to the edges . It is not uncommon to get high RR in metals other than Au because their % of the rock can get quite high . So mass of deposit can come into play on the RR . For Zinc or Lead a RR of a 100 may not get a 2nd look but for Au which usually is a much smaller % of a ton of rock it gets a high 5 . The large area in the Silica sands is in the 2 - 25 RR range and may be zones of capture of eroded Au . Although this is purely spec on my part . Over all , throwing in the Brazil property's + Machado we have a serious junior .
