They take months to heal, apparently. My daughter needs foot surgery and the doc said she'd be in a cast for 6 months or so.

The foot surgeon I saw several months ago, said the Only way things would get better if I had surgery....but he wasn't encouraging to either hubby nor me....1-2 months in wheelchair no weight bearing, then 1-2 months of crutches (maybe a scooter as both shoulders are a mess too), THEN a minimum of 6+ months of PT learning how to walk again... He seems to be the best in the Seattle area, but before I do anything, I will seek a 2nd opinion....

So sorry you aren't healing well....I don't either...takes a long time.....But is there any thing you can do or take that would help the process? Maybe extra Vit C, and Vit E, plus of course Vit D, and then Fish Oil....
