Mike - you mentioned RMBS's valuation. Today its up 9 as H&Q raised 12 month target to 100!!. Why doesn't somebody do that for sndk? RMBS is a very similar intelluctual property company. However they are not getting into the production game and they have intc behind them not against.

My question: are most of the 3 million shares from the secondary currently in the hand of

i) the company
ii) or the institutions
iii) or the underwriters

I prefer i) or ii) as the shares will not be dumped on the market at any price. iii) is the worse because the underwriters don't like to have dead money for a long time.

Please let me know what you find from IR.
