Many of them do not know why they are there or are there for many different reasons. They represent the same concerns expressed by the Tea Party as well as those of the far left. They also want drug laws changed, better unemployment and welfare. Some find it better to do nothing than to work. They are a goofy, serious, drugged, dangerous, good and bad group. They in no way represent a single idea. Their interviews prove that...

Joe, "What I said is that they don't advocate violence."

OK the real problem I have is what do they ADVOCATE? Why are they there and what do they want? The media doesn't seem to know.

you will recall I earlier stated that organizers look for multiple issues to organize around. It appears that the 99'ers are organized around multiple issues. The purpose of actions are to produce over reactions by the oppositions whether it be the police or others.

When over reaction occurs it is extremely difficult to keep the crowd under control using the Gandhi approach. If the masses have a national reaction it will over run the legal systems unless they are directed in to an accepting action to achieve their objective. Organizers should never go into an action with out having an achievable outcome.

Hopefully, they will direct their frustrations toward their re-election of OBama on a national scale with the ability of putting masses of workers on the street registering potential voters and getting them to the polls on election day in November 2012. We will just have to wait and see what the catalyst for mobilizing the 99's is and how long the movement can continue until the election day.
