Cool! I've always wanted to go to the Columbia Gorge Hotel. They had a dinner theater at one time there, but we never got around to going.

I use a walking stick. Mine is made out of diamond willow and is pretty crooked.

Have you considered taking a walking stick?
If that warm, if it is sunny, it will be even warmer. Will only get cold at night.
That should ease the suitcase weight. :)

We are going to the Columbia Gorge Hotel for dinner.

That's why I used the cane so much...no time to fall again. Re Thanksgiving....We didn't eat there when we were in the area, but from the pictures of the place, it looks like a great place to have dinner and relax....! The Bonneville Inn and Spa has a nice restaurant too, and was a nice place to stay....Fireplace in the main room is amazing!
