We just found a new desk lamp that has two 4" tube lights --- one is burned out... so now I think that's 8 tube lights needed too...

I picked up a 3-way the other day as well. Probably ought to get a few more. I am hoping that when this ban goes into effect, the people who don't have this on their radar will learn of it when they try to buy some 100 watt bulbs and set up to caterwauling and complaining and the resulting fuss will result in Congress changing the law. However, people might just shrug and say, ah well, I'll use 75 watt bulbs. They won't know what is in store until they can't buy 75 watt, 60 watt or even 40 watt incandescent bulbs.
