I can answer that for you. They would hold it for the institutions involved in the PP to get a better price for the placement. TM said that it would probably be done at current prices which would make sense. These MM's get alot of business potentially from these guys, so it is in their best interest. This is all speculation of course, but makes sense in my mind.
