You make an interesting point. Ken's income goes up and so does the income gap with his secretary. Ken blames the Bush tax cuts. Bush does not determine what Ken's secretary makes. Ken does. He is as bad as warren Buffett. If Buffett pays higher taxes it won't help his secretary. Warren and Ken should give their secretaries a raise or Obama should cut their taxes.

To expand an economy, there must be greater employment and more consumer spending. We want increased income for all. Kenneth failed to answer how more income will be earned if the top 1% pays more in taxes.
