I hope she is on her way out. There is no excuse for what is happening. If I were in charge of law and order, I'd tell my police force to be out there making sure the protesters were safely conducting their business free from harassment. And I'd tell them make sure no crimes are committed, but if they do anything to molest peaceful protests, then I personally will have them fired. I'd give them a speech to remind them that he foundation of this country is free speech and peaceful protest and that they are on the front lines to ENSURE American Citizens have that right. There first job is to protect the citizens. And if any beatings occur, they'd have me to answer to. But instead, you have Mayors and Chancellors looking at the protesters as if they are the criminals. That's bassackwards.
