I have further reviewed insider sales. As of july of this year insiders have sold 3.6 MILLION shares, with not a single buy . I would think that at least one person would be buying at least 1000 shares if nothing more than as a token if there was any significant truth to the rumor of buyout. Personally from my own analyses of the chart I think they have put in a top at least for the short term. I am willing to wait this one out. P.S. entire worldwide market for stents and equip produced by AVEI JNJ and Bard and others is 1.2 Billion. Market cap of AVEI is >1.7 billion
