That is total misinformation. That is not what he said at all and I think you will find that most of the population in Israel thinks the same. The regime that is occupying is a totally corrupt government. The truth on that has been posted many times. It is very easy to misconstrue what a person says when you are translating from one language to another. MSM has used that ploy many times. What he actually said was "this regime that is occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time." NOT? that Israel itself must be wiped off the map.
