Volume Update #1

First hour: 623K shares
Next 4 hours: 900K shares

Prediction: By the end of the day, we'll either see $33 intraday with 1.5 MM more shares traded, or we'll see $31 with less than 500K shares traded.

Not as exciting as Rambus, is it?

Well, I come back to my Trading Corner to find that my $32 sell order took in that secondary trading flurry that began just before noon. Will there be a third trading flurry? I don't think so.

I have a question. I trade a 1000 shares at a time at least partly because it seems to me that it is almost the perfect trading amount. Not overly conspicuous, but not so picayune that there will be time wasted while its made up with others into a bundle. Thoughts? From this point of view the 2:1 split will be helpful, since I am not infinitely wealthy, and the value of 1000 shares will be somewhat less -- at least temporarily.

What is the "regulation" number of options to trade? 10? 100?
