I am waiting for the congressional amendment that defines pepper spray as a vegetable for school nutrition standards.

It was all a misunderstanding.. the officer determined that the students were malnourished and suffering from scurvy and opted for an aerosol application of Vitamin C. (As peppers are high in Vitamin C..) Sorry about those side effects.
