My gut feeling is that they do get this thing under control-- only to blow up again say after the American election of November 2012, maybe 2 years at the most - fwiw, there are too many biblical milestones that need to happen before the inevitable mark of the beast thingie, so I don't see zero just yet.

But then again, we could wake-up to a bank holiday/Marshall law tomorrow morning for all I know.

...as for August? well August lows first, then October lows-- then bank closures?
