robt, yes.techs are not back. the mm's are going to keep those down and get in them at just the right time.
it's like the crash of 1994.
the dow pulled back a 9+% in march of 1994..techs went down as much as 50+% and took a while to come back.

The effect is going to be short lived.
there is already rumor of a deal on some of the asian contires. and japan will manipulate things to work.
since most corp do business in dollars in all countries except japan..
they will not take a hit on devaluations

I think the good AMAT quarter just announced will quell some fears about Asia.
