Bocor, the Missus has moved everything to set up for the holiday season and I'll have to search for my investment notes.

I may not be correct, but I seem to think that UHT has paid the dividend and increased it before without being able to cover it with free cash flow and then later they would generate more cash flow.

I'll update when I recover my notes.

UHT announced a tiny increase in the dividend tonight. They increased it by $0.005, a 0.8% increase. They will be paying out $0.61 per share.

I'm going to re-evaluate my UHT position after the first of the year. I'm not as concerned about the covering of the dividend, this will make their 20th year of consecutive increases. It has more to do with my concern that a substantial portion of their revenues are dependent on one provider, Universal Health Services.

I believe in my initial preview of UHT, I was influenced more by their long history of raising dividends and didn't give enough concern to the fact that losing one piece of business would crush them.

I think I'll probably close that position out and simply add to my HCN position and start an HCN position for my Son.

I may change my mind later, but that's my thinking for now. I'll make a final decision after the first of January.
