ECM shares out:

40 million of which Bema owns 14.6 mill. or 37%. They also have a 2% NSR in the deposit. The earn in is only to 70%. This makes ECM and effective subsidiary of BMO. Still ECM could be valued at $2.39 CDN traditionally. However when you subtract the financing costs and subsequent dilution which would be favourable to BMO you could lop off a fair amount. So ECM shares would not top 1.50 in a respectable market. There are other chances in VZ so if gold comes back so should their share price to an extent. As subsidiaries with lots of ounces go they have done not much better than Pentland Firth, East Africa Gold and Birim.
