The fact that the candidates are calling Sarah Palin for her endorsement demonstrates the influence that she has with the Republicans and independents as well as Democrats who bought into the Obama story by mistake and the unidentified Tea Party.

Gingrich is a strong possibiity. Gingrich came in with the Reagan Revolution in the late 1970's and the 1980's. Gingrich along with a lot of other Reagan supporters built the Republican Party taking it from the telephone booth to being a major force in politics.

There are still a lot of those Reagan people around and they vote.

Do you see a role in the coming 2012 election for Sarah Palin?

The attackers are going after her now with the HBO flick--------a strategic mistake for the left imo.

As noted on another site----------- I believe ---Palin is being attacked now because
the Dem's fear that she may be part of the Republican ticket in 2012 in a brokered convention or she
may be chosen to be the Vice Presidential Nominee along with one of the current Presidential Candidates for the GOP.

Sarah Palin gave the final speech at the CPAC Conference in Washington, D.C. a couple
of weeks ago. The welcome and applause Sarah Palin received was breathtaking, awesome.
