I don't know if I missed something, but I never heard the company mention on the CC that they were pursuing a private placement to raise cash. What is the source that says they are doing a private placement? If they are doing a PP, has anyone called the company to see when it will be completed? Also, doesn't a private placement have to 1) have shareholder approval since it results in more outstanding shares and 2) SEC approval which could take a considerable amount of time. It is clear that the stock is being held down as ask size always swamps bid size when the stock gets up in the 11/16 to 3/4 range. It seems odd that a MM would hold the stock down since they make the most money on volatility.
