My point is that they could not adapt fast enough... thinking things would never change I guess.. too much chest thumping of We're #1 We're #1 ... USA, USA.. and not enough proactiveness.. so yeah we agree sort of on that.. but not adapting fast enough... is being asleep at the wheel... what allowed the globalisation to occur... which made capital flow.. or capital flowed allowing globalisation..
