That's a negatory, good buddy. I've heard "good" things about all kinds of languages (I think the last one was smalltalk in the early 90s). IBM is reporting problems on their Java project, but Mitsubishi seems to be progressing (so far) on theirs (but it also hooks into NT servers). Java can do some real neat things, but doing neat things does not mean that it can make it in the real world. I'm in hopes that it will, but if I had to bet, I'd bet on VB. Office97 is done in VB, how many Java word processors are there? I know it's early, but Word Perfect has given up on making a Java wp -- that tells me something.
