i think newt's idea of having something like the old draft board (selective service) function becoming the way to establish credentials of local area illegal aliens is pretty brilliant stuff. i suppose it was out there all along, but i did not know it. i suppose it would work with the law establishing that local illegals must register with the board just like 18 year old males had to do. if you register with the board, it would examine the illegal alien's or alien family's credentials according to some prescription by law. if approved, the alien would get a red card for permission to stay legally with no path to citizenship and no path to vote, etc. if an illegal does not register, any of those caught without their red card are breaking the law and subject to deportation, jail then deportation, etc. (for those who don't know the law required a person to carry the selective service card at all times. i know a person whom the police wanted to arrest for something, but they could not find anything wrong with his car or him. they separated him from his vehicle by arresting him for not having his selective service card on his person. carrying it at all times was written on the card. i saw it.) so the way the bureaucracy is set up is known from the old days of the draft board, and self registration is required. a lot of illegals will leave on their own with this kind of set up. over time those who don't register will be found and deported, etc. in the mean time the wall, drones, troops, etc., will be established on the border to close off the stream of illegals and some of the drugs from coming in.
