Are these BEXP production costs typical?

My point of reference is MHR, which produces its oil and gas exclusively from shale and its latest 10Q has production costs that appear to be around $80 a barrel.

MHR has an accelerating production program that is rapidly increasing its production and reserves and that affects depletion and other expenses, but still I can't see how costs can settle at much less than $60 per barrel.
