The $5M cash + $5M loan = $10M was also announced by Steve Hursey after a phone conversation last week with RMIL. So it looks like if folks call and ask the right questions, in the right manner, info can be gotten prior to company making news release.

True, the vehicle is important. How it was passed is important. However, there is also the criteria that a recipient has to actually make a purchase based upon that information. Once it was posted it became merely an as yet unsubstantiated rumor, so anyone reading it and acting has no liability. Now whether the source that passed the information to Riley was inside or merely an overheard discussion in a restaurant or whether Riley actually purchased based solely on this information we do not know. It may have been passed to Riley by another party, unassociated with the companies, who presented it as a 'possibility' as well.

Of course, I am definitely not a lawyer or expert on SEC Regulations, therefore could very easily be outdated or ignorant about the present requirements to substantiate this kind of claim. However, I don't feel too off base believing the "private" documents posted by mawork1 and the blatantly false press release posted by Puhrty constitute illegal acts.
