CRR is involved in international projects including China. They are number one in what they do and they have been expanding rapidly. They have been using their cash to buy back shares as well as fund expansion and have no debt. All this being said, I don't think its a value stock either.

Thanks for the info on railroads. I didn't know the additional cost of rail vs. pipeline. Buffett's interest in Burlington Northern Santa Fe led me to connecting with ECOL's rail capacity. I have not studied US fracking locations regarding availability of rail v pipeline for each location and I have not done much reading yet on the fracking stock list I posted earlier and will add GMT.
