Someone told me that DBC has a breakdown on the acquisition of AMTX and that the price comes to $19.70. I have not been bale to find it. Do you have any idea.

<< Westell wants existing contracts they can have them pending customer approval. It's unlikely someone like Siemens will want anyone else to do their manufacturing since they only gave it to Amati as part of the original OEM. As for BCTEL, the current technology has no profit and the "sweetheart deal" doesn't include anything going forward. >>

if the contracts aren't profitable, near-term or strategically, WSTL won't take 'em. are you saying now that there's no profit in the BCTel contract in any timeframe?

i don't get your point about the "sweetheart deal". can you clarify?
