That's a dodge. "Free markets" as used in the vernacular of this country signify markets where price is determined by supply and demand and where government regulations and laws are set up to ensure as much competition and a level playing field as possible. In addition, free markets are dependent on an active government that ENFORCES the rules of law and regulations with financial and criminal penalties imposed to those convicted. That last statement is where this country has fallen down. As a result, free markets are being eroded an an unprecedented rate.
