But on a serious note the tv ratings would be in record territory.. I think that hillary and bill would enjoy these debates more than any American?

The incumbent gets to decide how many debates there are, the format and the moderator.

If Gingrich is the nominee, there will be one "debate", town hall format loaded with students, union workers and minorities, and heavily moderated by Keith Olbermann and Jonathan Alter.
