You know Hungry, you take the cake. I have had many disagreements with Rich M. but for you to "suggest" that he would knowingly pass along information about salted samples is asinine. It completely takes away from what microscopic credibility you might have.

His expertise is property valuation and has provided proven and probable values for a couple of Maxam's properties. Hewlett has a solid reputation. Maybe someday you will go long?
