I hate to tell you but it started with Clinton. Bush loved it too. Congress loved it because their houses were all going up too.

So I guess the housing bubble was all a political phenomena? The private sector and the public had nothing to do with it?

What you're saying is not true. During the Clinton years, I sold real estate in one of the most corrupt, real estate aggressive cities in the country. Some of the stuff that went on under Bush did occur in LA but it was very rare. Some of the bad stuff under Bush never happened in LA.

You're attempt at revisionist history has other motivations and accomplishes little that's constructive.
