$30-40M per year is a lot of money to MNTA even if not to NVS. Did the contract intend that a short launch of an AG, quickly withdrawn (a fact issue) which neither impairs pricing or revenue significantly should turn out to be something of a gaming contract and unjustly enrich NVS at the expense of MNTA? Or expressed in non-legal terms: Does NVS think screwing their partner is good business? Screwing your partner seems to be the norm in our day. But it leads to lots of unwanted and unintended costs as each party tries to protect themselves or avenge the wrong. ij
