Bill you paint a nice picture for WSTL with regard to TI's move on AMTX. Could you explain why TI was so generous? What exactly are they gaining if WSTL still comes out so well. I don't ask this to question your accessment. I ask only to help bring myself up to snuff on this very complex transaction. I want to get into WSTL again, been out for 6 months and have not followed it much since.
