Slew Of Fast Ethernet Switches Announced techweb.cmp.com NBase Communications, a division of MRV Communications Inc., announced the NH 2024T, a 24-port switch at $198 per port. It will ship next month. The product will have Gigabit Ethernet, ATM and FDDI uplinks available early next year. NDC Communications Inc. announced five- and eight-port switches for OEMs, with an expected street price of $99 per port when it ships in the first quarter of next year.
