Hello Steven,

Thank you for the kind update, we all read the qtr report today, not pretty, but it must be very difficult to do what wave has to do. It costs $ to get this going. I live outside boston and have friends in your area, I bet the farm because " wave has the best e-commerse system available", in @1.5 and holding,my friends have sold and look fwd to get back in. I believe you and your dad and the new investors will be working hard so my kids can go to the good schools in boston and someday work @ wavx and grow the biz! (my son is 9, daughter 5)

Anyways,good luck and thanks

Chubbs

Great to hear the good word from Comdex. Thanks for making the effort to keep us posted. It means a lot to those of us out here who are keeping the faith.

Steven,

Over the weekend I was mulling over my stock positions. It was saturday morning traffic - bumper to bumper down Manchester road. As I went from video store to video store looking for "Return to Oz", a B-grade movie that my 6 year old sitting next to me was thinking the next store would have it ( Blockbuster - nope, local groceries - nope, Hollywood Video - will order it), I thought - this is BS - I should be able to download this puppy from the convience of my home terminal and play it on the device of my choice ( perhaps DVD).

So, before I dump this stock that has shrunk to 52% of my original investment, tell me the mechanics and economics of a WAVE WORLD, where the information is available to me via networks and I am billed by :

a: The maker of the film
b: A Movie House ( Sony, MGM, Disney???)
c: a distributor
d: an ISP
e: the phone company
f: the hardware company ( they put in the chip, right?)
g: more than one of the above?

In other words, who meters, aggregates, bills, invoices, etc...

Thanks for anyone with candid answers - bulls and bears

Tom
