Thank you. And I usually add at least one bay leaf and some dried basil to my spaghetti sauce.

My pie crust career came to an abrupt end after my wife threw out the brand new plastic pie bags with the zippers around them the week after I got them... she was cleaning up. But occasionally I will make a crust for a quiche - love those quiches - and they tend to turn out well. Just remember the secret ingredient for all quiches is buttermilk! Otherwise I just go ahead and purchase the frozen pie shells from our supermarket.

And I agree, a meatballs or some chopped beef adds to the spaghetti sauce!
