That is GREAT news!!! To improve the law, the state should cut off all avenues of potential reinstatement. One strike and you're out! LOL. But, hey, it's still a great start! I'll take it! -g-

Should the Department of Transportation prepare to survey all northbound lanes for damage now? Road resurfacing crews should see a nice boost in business! -vbg-

Hopefully many of the druggies and deadbeats will fight over their few remaining resources and open fire on each other. The best scenario is when two quarreling deadbeats shoot each other dead. -g-
