What is their fair share? How did you determine that? What is the fair share of someone making $50,000?
Thanks

I checked some old tax tables. Under Clinton in 1998 a single person would owe $10,712 a married person $8,502.

In 2010 which was based on the Bush tax cut, it is $8,688 and $6,666 respectively.

This is one of the reasons why Obama wouldn't let the Bush tax cut expire. The democrats would lose big if he did.

If you can give me Ken's income, I can quote you the rates he would pay.

At least the same rate as his secretary.

You're welcome.
