Upgrading my portfolio I bought RIG as well last Wednesday. It is incorporated in Switzerland (actually just for tax purposes). We will be paying the Swiss tax on the dividend won't we? 35% I think. You are stuck if it is in an IRA or 401k. It is still a nice payout and I agree that it is likely to be stable. MP
