Even if a write down (say 20%) is coming, the stock price still bears no relation to the company's assets value.

From the second quarter balance sheet:

56.6 mill outstanding shares

109 mill cash

about 130 mill net current assets (141 mill -11 mill curr liabilities)

247 mill shareholderf equity.

With these assets and surrent prices they can buiy more than just one miner.

William,

I am familiar with BCMD and its recent run. I have seen a dozen similar runs by penny stocks lately in many different industries. Even in my narrow little world. Speculation? Momentum?

The financials are the main reason I bought MAENF.

On a more cautious note. The only time I've bought or sold OTC stocks between the bid/ask has been when I should have done the opposite. Which means your buys today were because someone who knows something is eager to unload.

Could there be something out there that we can't know that will affect their strong balance sheet negatively?

Let's hope not.

Dwight
